Treatment plans are individualized, so the frequency of appointments varies. Initially, we may meet more often, but as you feel better, we can space out sessions. Meetings typically range from biweekly to every three months.
Yes, feel free to contact me through the Spruce App, which is a required download (instructions are provided during onboarding). This secure platform allows you to reach out to me, and I will respond to your messages within 1-3 business days.
My primary service includes psychiatric assessment, diagnostics, and medication management, which also incorporates supportive therapy. Currently, I do not offer standalone therapy sessions.
I currently am in network with these commercial plans: Aetna, Regence/Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), PacificSource, First Choice Health, and Moda.
I currently do not take Medicaid/OHP plans.
